Our Purpose:
Here at Education with Fusing Marketing, we are passionate about using our tools and skills to better schools. Our Fusing team is comprised of successful talented young professionals that are past students of the NYC Public School System.
We understand all too well the societal challenges and demands offered to our younger generation. We know they receive conflicting messages from their parents, peers, school and social media. Although we believe in their potential for greatness, it’s very easy to get discouraged at their age.
Our Outreach Program will motivate and inspire your middle school and high school students. Our inspirational message will be delivered to provide positive aspirations that will stay close to the audience for a long time.
Our Speaker:
Jason Ospina was born in Medellin, Colombia and came to New York City when he was eight years old. For the next 16 years, he would grow up in the neighborhood of Washington Heights. With the challenges of moving to a new country, learning a new language, overcoming obstacles of living in a working-class neighborhood and living in a single-parent home; Jason had to find his own motivation to succeed.
Jason successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from one of the Top 1% Universities in the world, SUNY Stony Brook University.* While in Stony Brook, Jason was the President of Sigma Lambda Beta Fraternity and on the executive board for multiple student groups, including SHPE. Being the first person in his family to earn a collegiate degree, Jason knew he had to keep climbing the ladder of success to make his family proud.
In 2011 Jason founded his own company, Fusing Marketing. Going through the trials & tribulations of an entrepreneur, Jason is now leading a team of young talented professionals and has over 100 clients in his portfolio.
Jason has become an authority in the art of becoming your own leader and motivator. Jason strives to share his story with the youth as a testament that someone who is just like them can create success for themselves. Success in their education, in their career and in mental wellness.
